Travel is how we remember who we are.

A Travel Designer was born from a lifelong love of movement — across cultures, landscapes, identities, and inner worlds. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all itineraries. I believe in journeys with soul.

I don’t promise transformation — because true change is personal. It can’t be packaged.

I curate powerful experiences that have the potential to spark something real: moments of awe, connection, discomfort, clarity, joy. What you do with those moments — that’s up to you.

My work is inspired by the Transformational Travel Council’s PATH and HEART frameworks — two guiding maps that help us design journeys with depth, intention, and care.

The PATH Framework: A Journey with Intention

PATH is the core structure that guides the transformational travel process. It stands for:

P

Prepare : Before you leave, you set an intention. You tune into your why. You begin the journey inward, becoming aware of what you seek — whether it’s clarity, connection, or change.

A

Adventure: Once you’re on the road, you open yourself to experience. You embrace the unknown. You meet challenge, awe, and beauty with presence. This is where growth happens — not just from what you see, but from how you feel through it.

T

Think: Reflection deepens the experience. Through journaling, conversations, and moments of stillness, you begin to process what’s shifting within you. You listen to the lessons, and start to integrate meaning.

H

Honor:  Returning home, you carry what you’ve learned into your daily life. You don’t leave the journey behind — you apply it. You honor the insights by living differently, creating ripples in your world and community.

The HEART Framework: A Way of Being While Traveling

HEART is about how you travel — the inner posture you hold as you move through the world. It’s the emotional compass of transformational travel:

H

Humble: Travel with openness, not ego. Let the world teach you. Be willing to be changed.

E

Engaged: Be present. Ask questions. Participate fully. Don’t just observe — connect.

A

Awake: Notice beauty. Feel your emotions. Pay attention to what’s rising within.

R

Resilient: Embrace discomfort. Be flexible. Growth often requires letting go.

T

Thankful: Practice gratitude — for the land, the people, the moments, and yourself.

Meet the Founder

Hey, I’m Olga and I’m A Travel Designer — and I’ve always been someone who learns through movement and connection.

I’ve lived in 7 countries and traveled through 48 — not just for the fun of it (though there’s been plenty of that), but for all kinds of reasons:
To study. To volunteer. To work. For EU-funded projects. For festivals. For love. For adventure. For retreats.
Each time, I started from scratch — finding a rhythm, building a life, connecting with people, and creating meaning wherever I landed.

My first big trip was at 11, when my family moved to Ivory Coast and I was homeschooled for over a year — a wild, formative experience that cracked me open to the world.  After that, I started creating my own paths: studying in Spain, interning at a travel agency in Malta, working in Ibiza, then later moving to Mexico, Chile, Portugal, Barcelona, and London — each time chasing experience, meaning, and a deeper sense of home.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and a Master’s in Project Management. I also spent 15+ years working in marketing, sales, and IT consulting — a world that sharpened my strategic brain, but left part of my soul a little restless.

So I followed a deeper calling.

I became a certified Transformational Travel Designer through the Transformational Travel Council. Now, I get to blend all of it — experience, structure, intuition — to design trips that go beyond the surface. Journeys that feel something. That give something. That might just shift something inside.

Here’s what I believe:

  • Travel should be meaningful, not performative

  • Curiosity is sacred

  • Awe is medicine

  • Discomfort leads to breakthroughs

  • Celebration is healing

  • Connection changes everything

  • And dancing under the stars is sometimes the best therapy

I’m not here to promise transformation. I’m here to create the space for it — with presence, care, and a touch of wild joy.

If that speaks to you… we might just make magic together.
